Regarding your Music Teachers Project, some ways that you could use this community to invite first year music teachers to your networks... you could: 

• write a blog post about the project
• post a short comment in relevant ning groups and
• possibly use our VCC for online conferencing?

I am sure you will find ways! I also suggest you check out our website Innovate Here - currently in beta, but hopefully launching soon.
