Nominations are being taken for the Polycom Teacher Innovation Awards. Entries close on 28 Nov. See details below:

Applications are now open for two Polycom Teacher Innovation 2012 Awards.

• There are two awards, one for the teacher demonstrating innovation through the use of video conferencing in their blended learning classroom and the other for the teacher demonstrating student learning beyond their classroom through the use of video conferencing in their blended learning classroom.
• Nominations must be made through the attached application form and emailed to Lynnette Whitfield, Director Education Industry Solutions, Asia Pacific at [e-mail] by 28^th November 2012.
• These awards will be presented at the Perfecting the Blend Conference on 6^th and 7^th December 2012 at Mt Clear in Ballarat.
